Undergraduate Students

We are currently recruiting Undergraduate Students for the Spring 2026 Semester!

We offer positions for credit hours through MICR 4990. You can anticipate working in the lab for approximately 4 hours per credit hour per week (minimum 2 credit hours). Graduate Students

Postdoctoral Researchers

We are currently seeking a postdoctoral research fellow to join our lab to work on a project that involve characterization of secondary metabolites produced by commensal bacteria from the human oral and respiratory tracts. This project was funded as part of the Oklahoma Center for Microbiome Research. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in microbiology, biochemistry, chemistry, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in characterizing natural products or secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene clusters.
